I'm pretty sure no one in the whole city Hadurok-ri it makes from this episode unscathed, as they take on thieves, inanimate objects, and even nature itself, but to manage a number of citizens, even forward progress in the relationship make department -. some of them risk life and limb to win the object of their desire, and some of them dragged kicking and screaming in love, whether they like it or not.
EPISODE 8 RECAP
The day after Yoon-hee, Hyuk and min-ki drink together and stargaze, Yoon-hee is on Man-gu farm to find that someone has stolen everything at night. In-ki movements that someone stole his apples previous a few nights, and uncle runs to say about them, everything his sweet potato field was cleaned out. Yoon-hee finds that this must be the work of professional thieves.
The boys Man-gu their seedlings go on her way home from planting (by mouth again in pea puff soot covered, ha) and stop comfort to offer him. He tells them that unfortunately work was three years wiped out in one night. You get home Yoon-hee and uncle Planning Night Guard Patrol and find freezes Han Chul when Uncle mentions his destroyed yam fields.
From the footprints, Uncle knows that a man and a woman, so Han Chul sneaks away Soo-yeon warn not to go tonight and avoid the patrols. He heads to Sang-deuk the family home and running in Opa, offering him peanuts. One might think that had learned Han Chul to take no nuts this man has, but apparently not.
Min-ki, Ki-joon and Hyuk go on patrol that night with Yi-ji and Sang-Eun and wondered why Han Chul did not show up for patrol duty. It is obvious the girls are trying mostly there to get in some skinship with Hyuk, which looks seriously nervous. I can not blame him, because both girls are mighty young.
Sang-deuk is in another patrol group with his mother and uncle to go find him a little hard, tells how a weapon to use if you are running in the thieves. Sang-deuk finds a whistle, but before he can grab it, he's scared half to death by Mi-Young, who is out for a walk.
Sang-deuk orders Mi-young to go home, but she wants to talk and tells him that they are going just not when nothing happened all those years ago. She says she never forgave herself for what she did to him, and that they are paying their divorce and her father's senility their punishment.
offers his tearful apology they give him to the last 17 years has sought and Sang-deuk tells her that tears will not change, but the anger has gone out of it. He embraces Mi-young, but suddenly sees his mother and uncle comes back and tells her to run. They end up back in taro field on, and of course decides uncle again a leak to take, exactly where she hides.
Han Chul goes looking for Soo-yeon and finds them to dig back into the sweet potato field. He begins to warn them about the patrols, but he is too late, and they are forced to duck between the rows to try Man-gu, his mother, and avoid in-ki, that to see.
You so nearly gone, but Han Chul phone rings and alerted the patrolling. Han Chul sacrifices himself gallantly by popping up and confessed to stealing the sweet potato. They drag him back to the city to leave Soo-yeon undetected, and at least it has to seek the grace guilty always Han Chul in trouble.
Yoon-hee, her aunt, and Min-ho at home are watching TV, and a news program comes on the same musicians who saw with Yoon-hee Online that it shook so bad. She stares at him for a long moment, then suddenly shoots a worried look towards Min-ho and turned off the television. She orders him to bed, a little cry to annoying if he affirmed.
Her aunt takes Min-ho to bed and Hong-gu, who witnessed the whole thing, asks Yoon-hee, if man "is the one that" says he him from before time, remembers (and again I am impressed with how attentive the child). Yoon-hee told him sharply to keep his mouth shut about it.
Min-ki wanders home after his patrol Yoon-hee struggling with a four to find, to patrol the intention to them, and he notices that she seems down. It offers because of their bad ankle to drive and she lets him, though she touched his coat with his fingertips barely, when he tells her to hang on.
They are both grumpy as they ride - Yoon-hee, because the man she saw on TV and Min-ki, because they will not talk to him. Keep in a park for a break, and Min-ki recognizes that, whatever is upsetting Yoon-hee seems to be serious. She still refuses to speak, but Min-ki tells her that they other to lean must learn.
When Yoon-hee remains calm, Min-ki says that he is there to listen when she wants to speak at all, and they at least relaxed and smiling. Ponder how much older they are, as if they used this park to play, and Min-ki asks if Yoon-hee ever plans to get married. Yoon-hee thinks nobody wants to marry a single mother, but Min-ki says she alone deserves credit for raising her son, and that he thinks it is amazing.
He teases that it does not look good as they used, however, and tells her that she looks better when she is happy to call her a ahjumma. She snapped finally made their radio and they horse around until it falls and injures his butt.
Yoon-hee holds on a little closer to Min-ki, when they again head out to the four-wheel-board, but he grabs her hands still and wrapped it all the way around his waist. It is not a coquettish movement of his hand, but Yoon-hee is visibly affected by the proximity.
Suddenly Min-ki slams on the breaks and does something out of them - two men hiding their faces, loading stolen produce into a truck. Min-ki wants to call the villagers, but Yoon-hee tells him the thieves to stop to go, took his choice to them by crying off to stop.
Min-ki engages one of the men on the floor and get a good look at his eyes, but the other man sneaks up behind him and kills him hard in the head with a shovel to knock him cold. The men away as scared Yoon-hee tried in vain to awaken Min-ki.
He wakes up the next day in the hospital with a massive headache, and Yoon-hee waiting at his bedside. He's okay, but Yoon-hee bursts into tears and hugs him, whining that they thought he had died. Min-ki can not help but to tease her later for her outburst, earning a punch in the stomach, and he blackmails her to buy food by threatening to tell the whole village, how much they called on him in his ,
Han-chul is kneeling to pray before Uncle for forgiveness for taking his sweet potatoes when Min-ki and Yoon-hee come home. Man-gu asks if Min-ki something they saw the thieves can identify, and Min-ki tells him that he a saw the eyes of them, and that they were very nice. HA.
uncle is that they have a sketch artist draw a picture of the suspect have remembered in movies, and his wife wonders if Soo-yeon could do it, because it is an artist. You call them in and pulls it while Min-ki describes what he remembers how look at the rest of the villagers in fascination. Hilariously, the finished sketch looks more like a manga character as a thief, although Min-ki he swears so only had big beautiful eyes.
Stymied, man-gu stomps on the orchard and find a few women to eat the apples. It is true to steal, but he overreacted to take her a few apples, and the boys arrive just in time to stop him from actually to attack the women.
Always the peacemaker, Sang-deuk declared the women about the thieves in the area and says that even if people only take a few apples, it adds in the course of time and is detrimental to the farmers. The women apologize Man-gu, but he is still very upset and takes off without a word. The boys figure he is too excited to teach them for a while, so Sang-deuk has to verify their territory.
Sang-deuk compliments their planting, but Min-ki noticed an area of seedlings missing. Sang-deuk pegs moose than the perpetrator, who go from the tracks. He suggests they put speakers and play music, so the moose is deterred, there are thinking people there.
The boys go one step further, and take them to play their instruments from the field (the choice of "Sweet Child O 'Mine" by Guns N' Roses cracks me up). Min-ki soon realizes that they do not stay here and play all the time, even though passing on the other, it's fun to play again as a band.
They are short one member even though that is currently owned by literally barrow uncle in the city work off his stolen sweet potatoes in a cart full of sweet potatoes. He leaves Han Chul to pack the products, and Soo-yeon comes and apologizes to the Han-Chul getting into trouble for him. He sees his chance and asks her on a date as repayment.
Min-ki startles Yoon-hee as she the wheel of riding on the memory is mooning with him, and he asks her to make coffee, so that they remain and protect their fields from the elk. She refuses, so he says that they regret it, but it jumps to stop him as he begins to tell on at its onset in hospital.
Towards their Field back, the boys go from Bul-yes, and Ki-joon emerged literally not to be seen in some tall grass. It ends with a face full of mud, but defends himself so that when he sees it, strange things happen, and he misunderstood. He explains with a lot of feeling that he hates Bul-yes.
In-ki trek through the cabbage patch "boys and holds the instruments to look for them there to the left, a strange look crossing his face. He approaches gently min- kis to play guitar, but the boys come and it decreases.

Han Chul buy train tickets for his date with Soo-yeon and asks her if she would the couple shirts he bought bear. She looks like she would literally rather do something else, but his disappointment is so obvious that she takes pity on him and agrees. On the train, he shows her he brought the sweet potatoes and kimchi, and Soo-yeon looks sick at the sight of the sweet potato. She refuses to eat any, but Han-Chul is thrilled over and manages the Kimchi fall right into your lap. She thinks of herself that she so quickly get rid of it as possible should.
cleans at a rest stop and begins to abandon Han Chul, but he takes them with "you too good for me are" as a compliment instead of rejection is supposed to be. He noticed a loose speaker, just before it falls to Soo-yeon, and he pushes them away, to get out of her brained. He has been knocked out with a bleeding head wound, and will be fixed in the station.
Han Chul Soo-yeon asks what she wanted to say before, but they distracted by the fact that his head injury is bleeding again, somehow much. Han Chul's all, "I'm fine, I'm fine" as he smeared the blood on his face, and Soo-yeon could do nothing to break with a man is that he looks like requires serious and immediate medical attention.
Back to Mi-Young's Café, it leaves the villagers to use a couple of customers, but they get inappropriate and Sang-deuk jumps up when one of the she puts a hand on her. He orders the man going to let Mi-young, but the guys win Sang-deuk hand and crushed them what Yoon-hee enter the fray. They threatened to call the police if the men do not leave, and the jerk she pushes. Oh no he DI'INT .
That's all it takes for Min-ki cool to lose his, and he attacks the man, and suddenly their fight turns into this strange slow-motion love scene. Their struggle begins longer seen as something a bit more in order, romantic - and if Min-ki eyes locked with the man, he suddenly realizes that he has seen the beautiful eyes.
The two jump and Min-ki uses a tray to hide anything, but the man's eyes, and he recognizes her as the pretty eyes of the thief he wrestled with a few nights ago in Hadurok-ri. The two thieves for them, run with the villagers directly behind them. They run in Opa and find trapped, and one of the men make the mistake of Opa beloved chocolate bars knock to the ground. Oh, now it's on.
Opa-handed slaps her ass, and the villagers get their stolen goods once the police arrive. Mi-young thanks Sang-deuk stood out for her, and he complains that it was her fault, but she smiles happy anyway.
Han Chul Soo-yeon and a miserable take a few pictures together, but he did not even realize how unhappy she looks in the photos. She wonders how long they will drawn up, and collects their determination to let him quickly down. She grabs his arm to get his attention and knocks off the balance, but again he saves her by pushing her to safety and the hills fall down.
added complication is, he knocks a hornet's nest to itself down and the wasps attack, stab him repeatedly. Finally, an ambulance is called for him, and the EMT says Soo-yeon that wasp stings can kill. Han Chul refuses to go into the ambulance before he says something to Soo-yeon, and he confesses his love. The EMT yells at her to answer him before he dies already - under pressure, she agrees to date.
Sang-deuk runs in Mi-young daughter back to the village and asked her name, but she's a naughty little lady and refuses to tell him, train him on his manners. She asks who he is and he thinks that he would have her father may be, but tells her that he is her mother friend.
Mi-young comes behind her daughter and Sang-deuk her a gift for their business are, say, it is only because they are neighbors. The next day, Min-ki directs the whole story, the thieves to Yoon-hee catch aunt, and she has to make a special dinner, horror is to celebrate for everyone. Man-gu Mom comes Yoon-hee ask to take a picture of Bul-yes, as a birthday gift for her mother to return home. Yoon-hee aunt offers to bring a little in order, and Ki-joon scoffs that they will not be able to do much.
He could not possibly be wrong because Bul-yes moreover is quite - it is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone is shocked at how beautiful she looks, is in a pretty dress with her hair and make-up on, and Ki-joon is so surprised that he can stare at pretty speechless.
Yoon-hee takes pictures and Man-gu Mom says Ki-Joon sit with her to go, Bul-yes to show the mother that she moved friends. Aw, they look seriously together adorable. Ki-joon can not even smile for the camera, because his heart hammering in his chest suddenly, aware for the first time the beautiful young woman beside him.

for a girl My personal feelings about drama heroes fall only after having set aside had a makeover, I'm glad that something happened obtain Ki-joon to realize what a gem he may in Bul-yes. I know I always come back to my comments on the same thing, so I just hope I'm boring you by rap not on it. But I can not help but be more than impressed and more by how the show manages to be so much more than the simple comedy that I expected, and I keep finding more reasons to love it more than just a show be that makes me laugh.
This week I'm in love with the tiny moments that tell us about the characters as much as In-ki Stroking Min-ki's guitar in this episode. Just that little beat, and the expression on his face, transforming what a simple situation seems to be - his daughter wants to be in the music, and he is strongly opposed - from a warehouse overprotective-father setup into something with deeper Sense. What is to be an exaggerated Trope, the child who and the parent dreams that the feet on the ground, changes in an instant from a cliché into something wants to keep more personal their child. At this moment, we see that the father had probably unfulfilled musical dreams of his own time, and only wants to protect his child. It's small moments like when my understanding of a character or situation changes in a heartbeat and I find myself thinking: "Oh now I understand," The turn Modern Farmer of a cute-but -Easy forgettable comedy about a personal favorite. The characters are more, as do the cartoons that would be so easy in a show and still be successful, but are rich and interesting people that I want to know you better.

The way these are small disclosed is parceled so nimble and subtle, almost not be known what happened until it's too late and you love these people. There is a plan that I am just beginning to see, and we're not even halfway through the show yet. I am fascinated to discover what lies ahead, and to learn more about the people of Hadurok-ri and to fall even more in it with them.
