EPISODE 8 RECAP
Hong-do giddily runs by the road, carrying a package and smiling. Meanwhile, ex-girlfriend Yeon-woo faces Yi-seok with tears running down her face, and his own face reflected her distress. Hong-do is in the hospital just in time Yi-seok take Yeon-woo to see in his arms and hold her close.
Hong-do crumpled on the floor, her smile faded as she takes in the cozy scene. But a few strong arms to help her to her feet, and with a look of disgust and disappointment in Yi-seok's direction, Doo-soo leads Hong-do away.
Back to the present, Yi-seok get some medicine-Hong do (according to hug and kiss) while waiting in his car. Yi-seok wonders where he before symptoms Hong-do has seen, then stirs when he asks the pharmacist if it is not the same symptoms as lovesickness. HA, it is suddenly so happy that she is sick.
Hong-do calls Doo-soo and make awkward small talk. Doo-soo takes that Hong-do is about a little nervous, and she says she has something to tell him. Hong-do is listen on the stepping stones on her door halfway before Yi-seok calls behind her. She waits, and he hops over the rocks to fold into another big hug. You stand there smiling for long minutes, and Yi-seok, he tells her now often will see that he has gone mad.
He honestly tells her that she would hurt if he comes back to his senses, and warns that their feelings the misplaced affection could be that patients often feel for their doctors. She calls Yi-seok, to wake him up to complain that they can not leave the house without her helmet. He tells her she'd better come or even to work, and depends on her. Sheesh, Huggy Bear is more like Grumpy Bear in the morning.
But Hong-do crawling out a bare head and wrapped the scarf of Doo-soo to her face as helmet replacement. Slowly inch down the alley, and when she gets on the road makes a break for it, run right behind Yi-seok, who had been waiting for them.
He follows her at a short distance, and Hong-do doing pretty good until it since that giant scarf blocks her eyes her bearing and can not knock. She squats on the sidewalk and answers a call from Yi-seok, not knowing he actually is to observe them up close, and he dangles rewards as his hand and movie data as bait keeps it to urge you to keep moving.

Yi-seok texts Hong-do to come outside, where he presents them with a pretty new white helmet. She is excited so ridiculous to see him, it's adorable. She puts the new helmet on immediately, but is a bit surprised that it has to hide behind any sighting. Small steps.
This evening, noted Dr. Uhm that Yi-seok office light is still on, and catches him late to study. She is stunned to actually find it to work, and she asks for Hong-do. While I am sure that we find out that Yeon-woo appeared unannounced, and that this embrace was nothing but Yi-seok her comforting, I can see how Hong-do would jump to the worst possible conclusion. Aside from the fact that Yi-seok, a known player and has admitted that he and his fickle feelings are short-lived, it has very little experience with people or romantic conflict treat. She has never been in a relationship, and their emotions are very close to the surface, and that makes it even easier to bruise.
I guess Yi-seok honesty in this episode, and that he really thinks that his interest has a time limit and is open about from the beginning. And I can see why Hong-do choose him would be anyway, because they are experiencing right now is real emotions of love, and she wants to explore what it means to someone who loves you back. I love how both Yi-seok and Hong-do throw themselves wholeheartedly into this relationship, whatever it may be and wherever they need because they are together so great if they just fun and silly. And let's face it, they are great together when fighting and angry, too.
Again, I find myself wanting Doo-soo love, but some of the things is concerned, he says. Perhaps it is because, physically, he an intimidating man, but when he says Hong-do, they do not really like Yi-seok, and that he is going to like it and do what it regardless of their feelings about it wants, it worries me. I want to think that he just do that "I'm just happy to love from afar" thing, but somehow it comes over from him as behind the words is a bit of a threat. Especially since he announced his intentions to throw by their own words regarding Yi Seok back in her face. Again, perhaps because of its physicality in reading, and because he's a cop, but I can not help but bristle a bit when Doo-soo Hong-do want to honor requests.
