Everyone we care about believes in his innocence, which is a little heartwarming at least, but ultimately ineffective given that he finds himself at the mercy of the powerful. And unfortunately those blessed with an abundance of power not equally blessed with an abundance of intelligence or wisdom. With bulls this incompetent who says your serial killer have to be geniuses

EPISODE 4 RECAP

As another way to obtain a warrant is to have Mu-Yeom considered mentally ill, the police
send to him from for psychiatric examination. Hyung-Nyun encouraged Mu Yeom evaluating as best he can to stick out because the prosecutor is on their side, and sends him away.
Next, Hyung-Tae-oh Nyun looking at the café and asks for his alibi that night victim 2 died. Tae-oh has a handy to have had a meeting with Maria, and is checked off his list of possible lines.
In prison hospital pores Maria inmate files over, when suddenly a whistle sounds in the distance. She freezes in terror, then follow screws outside the source. Remarkably, the camera lingers on the patient record left open what is the mysterious new face that we saw yesterday, a middle-aged inmate named Choi Tae-shik.
Maria followed the sound and ends in the top of the front garden, but there is nothing suspicious about the scene. Their arrival attracts the admiration of men who ogle and crude jokes crack. And then says the shy Poopy on, saying: "But Dr. Maria ... is part of Gap-dong."
Thereupon suspicious inmate Choi Tae-shik sees in interest and watched Poopy argue that they would not want to say his wife Gap-dong to get angry.
Mu-Yeom is brought into the hospital, handcuffed and accompanied by police officers, which is a blatant indication of the visitor that he is the infamous killer detective. Whispers follow give him a wide berth-all but one man it as a spectator, the angry father of the victim, the Mu-Yeom attacking with his stick. He screams back his daughter for Mu-Yeom and be put to death. Mu-Yeom acts quickly and darts forward to grab the man's arm before it slides over the edge when he fights with his wrists still tied together. The old man's hand starts from his grip slipping, but Maria joins him at the rail and helps to pull the old man to safety. Dude, cops, what the hell are you doing just standing around?
stood at the edge of the crowd is Tae-oh, come here, Maria would see. He mutters to himself, "Be careful. I told you, Oh Maria belongs to Gap-dong."
When Mary tends to Mu-Yeom of scraped wrists, he jokes that it's not fair they to have responsible for his vote, because she has never seen him him best. He swears that he actually got a trusted (and chic!) Page, and then wonders why she is of him as anyone else not afraid. She says only that he is her patient.
Mu-Yeom is connected with a brain scan, which will serve as a kind of lie detector, and Maria begins his photos shows, while monitoring the measured values. She advises him very seriously to answer because a poor answer incorrectly it might as criminals peg.
She shows him a photo of the studio of the victim, which he recognizes and prefaces then describes the next picture of her as a witness that the him near scene reported the crime. When the photo flash, we see that it is actually the victim.
Mu-Yeom racks his brain trying to identify the woman, he says he should realize it, but he can not place for the life of him. Maria is eagerly awaiting the result, semi-processed afraid of the answer. Then she breathed a sigh of relief when it spits out the result: He has never seen the victim.
When Mary performs the test, the door opens behind her sloooowly. Goddammit Tae-oh, why the hell are you dressed like a clown? He looks calm, but not to make its presence known.
After the test is performed, Mu-Yeom is the bit champing to find out who this woman was. When he hears Maria statement, he marvels she had tricks worried sick not to recognize the image. It points out that the results in his favor were, and then it's time for him to be led away.
When he turns to go, Mu-Yeom is struck with a thought, their comments on Gap-dong recalling that are strangely insightful. But as he asks if she has made any new discoveries, the whistling sounds in the hallway.
Mu-Yeom is retained by the police, but Maria darts to follow the sound to arrive at a birthday party in the lounge. The sight of a patient inmate strikes led away recognition in Maria, and she runs after him, grabbed him by the arm as she catches up to him, it is our mysterious Choi Tae-shik. But when she asks if he whistles, Choi smiles blankly and says no.
Maria makes it back to the birthday party feeling dejected to have met another dead end (so she thinks). She did not even notice Clown Tae-oh standing near watching her, always a thrill out of everything
On their way back to the office, Maria makes a discovery .: Two balloons float idly in the hallway, and only by chance happened to be placed to the ceiling-mounted surveillance camera.
Mu-Yeom awaiting Maria return to whistle Gap-dong melody and asking why it stirred such a strong reaction in her. She tells him that the Gap-dong whistle, and that they found out about it from Profiler Han, which it is part of the original witnesses. Apparently the whistle is a warning (or mock, perhaps?) For them, carefully hide.
He wonders why Profiler Han told her, and it shows that he is both her teacher and her stepfather. To their surprise, Mu-Yeom grabs her hand excitedly, pleased to hear.
Maria adds that the witness remembers only the whistle detail a few years ago, which is why it was not included in the reporting. Mu-Yeom thanked her for the information and said that now it is more secure than ever that Gap-dong is alive.
Maria asks a nurse about Choi Tae-shik, who suffers from depression and has attempted suicide several times. Ironically, the nurses Mr. Choi call him for his courteous manners.
Maria finds Mr. Choi in the pottery room and watched his hands to think mainly back to the day Gap-dong was forced to play the two girls rock-scissors-paper for their lives. But they can not make any judgments from the perspective alone, and with a sigh she derives without noticing that Choi has noticed it.

The monk visits Mu Yeom in his prison cell and promise they buy him the best lawyer he can, even if he has his temple to sell to do it , Aw. But Mu-Yeom says he not be able to quickly get out, and that most afraid that the monk scorn from the world for inclusion in Mu-Yeom and increase he received it.
Chul-Gon is brought in for a meeting with the prosecutor and the top brass of the police. To his utter shock, officials say Chul-gon, they can not go on with the investigation. Chul-gon stutters in anger, of the twenty years he thought of this DNA his hopes hung. He leaves the meeting in a dark thoroughly mood, so that when a drunken man chooses to pick a fight with him on the street, he does not react friendly. Hyung-Nyun fills Mu Yeom in on the latest, after he heard that Chul-Gon met brass with the police. Everyone at the station takes this bad news is, and that Chul-gon is a kind of measure against Mu Yeom planning.
But it is an entirely different story when slaps down a document before Mu Chul-gon -yeom and tells him to sign his resignation. In return, leaving for the force, he will be released from prison.

Mu-Yeom continues: "I said I'm the one who Gap-dong." Hyung-Nyun and Young-ae clear that this is awful stressful for Mu-Yeom and fingers to stop recording of the discussion, but they are stopped by officers Ki-ri.
Ji-wool has sneaked into the observation room, and in this latest twist she screams, "No!" She insists that they have done something to force, Mu-Yeom and screams that he can get a grip on yourself before it is ejected.
Chul-gon knowing receivables if Mu-Yeom confession. Mu-Yeom sneers that he was not kidding, sure. "You killed them Those women died because they came back, not that you know?"
Mu-Yeom laughs that Chul-gon must be mighty confused to hear a confession, especially right when Mu-Yeom beings was let go. He laughs joyless, glaring at Chul-gon. If looks could kill.
COMMENTS
Okay, clearly a ploy he works, is not it? My first reaction was to gape in confusion, similar to the room full of confused cops, but it seems reasonable to conclude that Mu-Yeom on the fly thinking what he can do to stay in prison and what better way to be prove to be as innocent in custody when Gap-dong strikes again? It is the same fear that housed brass of the police, and it follows that he deeply suspicious of something Chul-gon not to help him. In the long run, an aid of Chul-gon is more of a blow to him than to be anything.
The let police decision Mu Yeom go strike, it seems to me deeply cowardly, I suppose in character, with what we know about the police in general, but is unheard of, as spectators to watch. Chul-gon, which I can really understand on this score he sincerely believes Mu Yeom is guilty, that he'll do anything to nail him. But the police superiors seem more worried about bad press as if Mu-Yeom is really the murderer who is just as ineffective and cowardly. Although it is not surprising, since bureaucracies are so often to help more with the cover their own ass as people or do their job.
I like that Mu-Yeom thinks quickly on his feet and can accommodate up opposition instead hire Chul-gon cow him with its use (and abuse) of power. But on the flip side, I can not help but get frustrated when Mu-Yeom no longer does, to protest his innocence, or delete his name, or alternatives available. I can understand why he has them leery because he just wasted a lot of breath trying to do that, and the search for Chul-gon to infer impossible with, and perhaps figures he is a battle not worth fighting, , Perhaps his forces is best taken after the killer operation and not worrying about his own reputation. But agghhh, I hate that he is backed into a corner ganging with everyone to throw him under the bus.
I still think that the show from the outset has by revealing Tae-oh Nature misstepped because while Lee Joon does creepy killer thing well, but that will get old before we are done. We are only victims 3 and already I find this whole process of finding and victims to kill and not to be rote, what is not, what you want is to feel about a serial killer thriller, is it? I hope that we can bring not only a victim with little twists in the nature of the action every week in transition.
The arrival of a gentleman Choi is welcome, then, that it adds a different color to the side of the villain. But I hope it is not our Gap-dong, because that's too easy. I want a little more mystery around because while our good guys are in the dark about the murderers, we are not. And if we are not given the sense of simultaneous discovery, I'm afraid I'm going to lose interest in the details of the case.
In the meantime, I'll show this to take more than a showcase for drama and psychological profiles, which remain interesting to see if we know who the murderer is.
