has no intelligence it only by a good Samaritan with a four-door sedan, the President accompanied to the place on his way to protect the left, where it all began: Yangjinri village. Now he stares in terror in a briefcase bomb on the back of a truck. From a car parked at a safe distance, presses Chairman Kim the remote release.

BOOM! The explosion shattered all Yangjinri. The villagers are in a state of panic and word travels quickly to the Blue House, in what the security team creeps is left to figure out where the explosion occurred.

Positioned near with a team of policemen and soldiers, Tae-Kyung hears go the bomb. He receives a report that the explosion at a local police station happened next, but fortunately no one was near.

The President, unharmed, watches bring the distant flames from the site of the bomb blast. Chairman Kim has scattered one of the other three bombs detonated at Yangjinri. Apparently he wants with the President toy a little before the killing to go in.

Tae-Kyung fears for the safety of the President be alleviated if President Lee pulls up, the good Samaritan driving. But the danger is not over yet, and the president orders the soldiers to evacuate the citizens of Yangjinri and defuse, the three remaining explosives. It is imperative that no civilians be harmed.

The President is overwhelmed for a moment when he learns of the fate of the security agents and their team leader, but there is no time for grieving now. Tae-Kyung insists that President Lee immediately must return to his own safety on the blue house, but the president refuses. It is not only that he has the feeling that something owes to the people of Yangjinri. He says that just as mandatory, a security agent is to protect the President, the responsibility of the President is to protect all citizens of his country; he can not secure his own safety until his people out of harm's way is.

sub-Cha Young-command, the Blue House each appoint they need to go help Yangjinri. The Prime Minister is furious not to send her a helicopter to pick the president, but she knows that she will not be able to weigh the President, when he has decided to stay in Yangjinri: "His will is to. strong "assured the Prime Minister that the secret Service is to protect their president to the end.

When he is ready for the Blue House reinforcements arrive, President Lee thinks back to the attempted bus bombing in Seoul and wonders what they used for the detonator. Tae-Kyung reminds him that it was a modified mobile phone, a fact which seems to hold a certain importance for the president, although neither Tae-Kyung nor do I understand what it is at this point.

This question will go unanswered now that the conversation is interrupted by a phone call from President Kim. While the president to call, Tae-Kyung Cha-phones to see Young takes if they can trace where Kim calling from.

Chairman Kim has the 10th minute evacuation President Yangjinri to finish and to meet him at Indong bridge alone. If he does not show, Kim will detonate a second bomb.

Tae-Kyung begs him not to go to an army regiment in his place to send Chairman Kim nab. Meanwhile Cha-young is still trying to determine its position, but it will take some time. (Hurry! You only have 10 minutes!)

Chairman Kim to play it is safe from his bomber in police disguised sending to the rendezvous point to wait. The assassin phones his boss to let him know that the president has not yet shown.

Since the ten-minute time limit approaches, the president of his seat. Tae-Kyung Kim rises knows that he intends to take at the bridge, and insists that he remain. The life of the president is too valuable to use as a bargaining chip.

But President Lee disagrees, believing his life, as someone not to be other important. He refuses to risk the lives of his people for some reason. He argues that it is the people who form a nation, and without the people, the Presidency has no sense at all.

Time's up. Chairman Kim hits a button and Bomb # 2 explodes in a crowded room. Several civilians injured, but fortunately there are no fatalities. The search for the two truck bombs that remain.

A little out of the loop, Bo-won calls Cha-young with a ball. It was query the assassin with the lizard tattoo and scored him to confess that it sent bombs on the trucks Chairman Kim Yangjinri. Bo-won react with fear when they Cha-young informed that two have already been detonated.

Chairman Kim calls his bomber in police trim. come since President Lee, seems to not be ready they will change a bit the plan. The assassin understood and goes to retrieve one of the bombs in his truck. He assures Kim that the last truck bomb is still hiding in a remote location safely out of the search area.

Tae-Kyung receives a call from Cha-young, that she was finally able Chairman Kim to track location. Armed soldiers are sent to the coordinates where they found a black car with a man inside. Ordered him out of the vehicle and it appears to be compliant, but suddenly pulls out his gun and opened fire on the soldiers.

The President and Tae-Kyung hear the shooting on their radio and it is not immediately clear who came out on top. Finally they received a report that the soldiers have successfully taken on the shooter, a man in his forties, they are quite safe, Chairman Kim is ... but you need someone who has actually seen to him about the body come identify to be sure. Tae-Kyung volunteers for the job.

President Lee is tense, as he waits for the identity of the last word on the dead. Finally the phone rings, but when the President replied that it is not Tae-Kyung on the line. It's Chairman Kim, alive and well. He still gives the President ten minutes to get to the bridge, or even innocent people when the next bomb explodes die. In a futile attempt to contain his anger, the president clenches his fists so tightly the knuckles are white.

Meanwhile, Tae-Kyung has just discovered what we already know that the dead not Chairman Kim is. The President phones disturbing Update: he is to meet on the way Chairman Kim at Indong bridge. Tae Kyung can not protect him; The counting of the President to him to protect the citizens of Yangjinri now by locating the last of the bombs before the meeting at the bridge in ten minutes.

With an uneasy glance at his watch, Tae-Kyung orders the soldiers to find the bombs before 08:30, then races off to try again, the to rescue the President.

When Tae-Kyung and the President made any speed towards Indong bridge, the people of Yangjinri be out of town in the back of army trucks. In such a truck, the Good Samaritan, the President made a trip is evacuated with her family when she noticed a piece of baggage that does not recognize them, (but I'm sure you do). It is one of the black bomb briefcase which declared made by a certain policeman aboard the woman's daughter. Well, the police suppose that might be?

The policeman / bomber calls President Kim to let him know that the bomb in place is. Kim tells him to detonate it immediately if something happens to him. The assassin asks what actually if the President do not show alone, as promised. "Make it anyway from" Kim tells him.

On the road, Tae-Kyung are the truck with the bomb aboard and noticed the assassin in his police car followed closely, cell phone in hand. Although Tae-Kyung just four minutes has to come to the bridge, he recalls the admonition of the President, to protect the people of Yangjinri especially other and whipped his car around behind the truck, the bomber force to bring his squad car to a halt.

Tae-Kyung comes after him on foot, with the patrol car window with his pistol rays as it comes. The assassin's fire, creating a ball in Tae-Kyung landing arm, knocking him to the ground. He takes the opportunity to be mobile to reach, but the way he prepares the bomb, his head exploding in a spray of blood to detonate. It seems Tae-Kyung was down but not out.

But his worries are not over yet, because he pull the battery out of the assassin cell phone, he finds himself surrounded by soldiers, their rifles straight at him addressed. I think it is difficult to explain a bit why you would force a police officer, take the path to breaking out and then shoot him in the head and his cell phone.

is cleared, the question quickly when Tae-Kyung takes them to the briefcase containing the bomb. The Good Samaritan is confused - exactly how many bombs there? There is this, the two that have already gone down, and took one of the President with it.

Whoa, hold a minute. The President took one of the bombs? Tae-Kyung not like the sound of that. He, before making high tails it out of there to stop the president a little crazy.

March 14 20:30

Chairman Kim watched as the president approaches in his car, so that it in the middle of the bridge parked. Finally, we have arrived at the scene, which was teased in a flash-forward back in Episode 12: the President and Chairman Kim stood face-to-face on Indong bridge.

Elsewhere, two soldiers were another truck bomb is located on top of the oil pipeline Yangjinri sitting. If it detonate, the whole city is in flames.

Chairman Kim rolled his cell phone into his hand, ready to hit the detonator at any moment. President Lee credited him release the button and press. Whether he does or not, the president is to make him pay - for Yangjinri incident, for the attempted murder of Cheongsoodae, for Tae-Kyung father, for Secretary Shin, for any evil he has committed.

Kim laughed at him. How exactly is someone as unimportant as President Lee would make him pay? Kim and Falcon find to make someone else in a President to continue to be richer and more powerful until it controlled all of Korea.

The President admits that he never really Kim can force to pay for his sins - the cost is far too high. Even with all his wealth, President Kim could never hope to pay back its debts. But the president will try to make him pay with his life for it.

Tae-Kyung arrived at the bridge, his car left on foot. He sees the two men and runs on it with everything he has, his eyes bulging in fear.

As the President to walk away rotates, Kim hits the detonator. The clock of the bomb begins counting down from 10 seconds ... nine ... eight ...

Review. The President and the Good Samaritan have just discovered the first truck bomb. What we did not foresee was the president asks the woman to borrow the car before the bomb placed in.

Three ... two ... one ... Ka-BOOM . But the explosion does not come from the bomb on the oil pipeline. That's right, the President Chairman Kim tricked in the car next to him sit blowing.

Tae-Kyung screams in horror as the explosion lit up at night. Kim is completely engulfed in flames, but the president is a few steps away from the car and its fate is less certain ...

Some time later ( days? weeks?) in a calm and sunny day, Tae-Kyung delivers water jugs to a security office. Looks like he's finally getting back to his daily routine.

At the same time, the Blue House security team and their new team leaders are to secure a building in preparation for an upcoming event.

Elsewhere Police Sergeant Yoon Bo-won a certificate for their role gets in the terrorist attacks on March 11 to stop. Not bad for a woman who has previously been exposed for their involvement in this incident.

A large basket of flowers delivered to her at the police station. The card has no signature, only the message: "Congratulations to the return to work." Hmm, who sent it?

A review of Tae-Kyung sending the flowers my suspicions confirmed. He tried to evade questions of his agent friend about the recipient of the gift, but the agent is not a fool. He knows the bouquet for Bo-won is.

connected interrogations with the various acts of terrorism people continue the shady assistant prosecutor, Kim presents as a prosecutor inside guy by the police in question, and the assassin with lizard tattoo. The assassin promises that although Chairman Kim and Falcon were stopped, all this will happen again with someone new rises to take its place. The money will always control the world, he says.

The prosecutor makes a promise of his own. He and other good men, men like prosecutor Choi, the bad guys will continue to track down and make them pay for their crimes. There will always be people like him who are ruled by justice, not greed.

lawyer Choi Bo-won comes for coffee hit and finds them relish a reservation for dinner on her phone. Has it a date? She says no, but I'm not sure I believe her. Wishful thinking?

Choi is under a lot of stress, as he prepares for his big upcoming event and continues to heal from his stab wounds. Bo won thanks him for his help in getting them to the police again and she has to make a small announcement. It is transferred to the police department Jongno in Seoul, they will cooperate much more from now on.

Bo-won goes to see Tae -kyung at work, but before they have them to him, asking his agent to get a friend a cup of coffee with him can speak. When they leave again together, Tae-Kyung drops everything to break it. He says Agent friend that her boss is looking for him and he'd better go now, if he knows what's good for him. Jealous much?

Bo-won says Tae-Kyung, the good news of their transfer to Seoul on lunch. They are glad that more of each other to see, but Tae-Kyung clumsy interjects that they will not be able to stay in his apartment. It is always difficult for him to protect them. He apologizes abruptly to return work, they leave with a last warning for some guy to stop smiling.

When he goes away, Bo-won thinks back on all the moments that have divided them, each car chase, every explosion, every time he her unconscious body someone cradled in his arms during the most stressful 9 days ever had. She laughs again to them all now looking.

The Blue House, Tae-Kyung running in Cha-young and they jointly decide to take a walk. was Cha-jung encouraged and will be sent overseas. Tae-Kyung asks if she "him" can still be seen, and she says she has not, but it feels so do before she goes.

Another assembly passes the rocky course of their relationship over those fateful nine days was the way shaken their confidence in each other and then strengthened by Cha-young undercover mission and how afraid Tae-Kyung was to lose it when she was hit by a car.

Cha-young shakes his hand warm and departs. Alone, Tae-Kyung think of another memory, one that we've only seen a part. The late Team Leader Ham advises the President that for his own safety he should not have to take as many trips outside the Blue House.

The President calls on a younger, fresh faced Tae-Kyung and asks if he agrees with ham. Tae-Kyung is unsure how to answer it, did not want to offend either man. The president lets him off the hook and said he certainly feels going out at night, because he has so much confidence that the agents to protect him.

"You have to protect me, right?" He asks. He, Tae-Kyung promises many times before and since, to protect the president.

has

Tae-Kyung thinks of another, more recent memory of the visit of the President done lying wounded in a hospital bed, but still very much alive after explosion at Indong Bridge is, thank goodness. President Lee thanks Tae-Kyung to keep for his promise.

A review Indong bridge shows what happened after the bomb went off. President Lee is thrown to the ground and Tae-Kyung rushes to his side to find him out of the skull all over the pavement bleeding, losing consciousness. He holds the battered, bloodied body of the President in his arms and over and over again whispered: ". I'm sorry, I'm sorry"

On his hospital bed, confirmed the President that even in the state he was in at the time, he heard Tae-Kyung words. He feels it is now his job is to live well, to get people to honor those who died so that he could survive.

Back to the present, Tae-Kyung is by his colleagues of his journey into the past jarred means by. They were on a mission and call Tae-Kyung come along ball. He hastens to join, ready as always to do his duty as a presidential secret agent.

COMMENTS

Was the last episode successfully? This is to answer a complicated question. On the one hand, it provided what I needed it and wrapped it all with a happy ending, without unrealistic feeling, so it is definitely not un was successful. On the other hand I was wishing worthwhile left for something a bit more. For a show that has the potential to be either a masterpiece or a disaster ever, this episode ends up completely on the good end of the scale, but do not always achieve the emotional impact and exciting action of the best episodes of the series (episodes 5 and 12 to mind).

There was a time, not long ago, when Three days surprises and revelations offered and the thrill of the realization that what you was his true thought actually not all, and I just didn 't feel any of it in this episode. The one big surprise in this episode - Chairman Kim himself explosion detonated by the car bomb of the president - was to be really exciting if it clearly telegraphed in advance not to have been. If I could change one thing in this episode, it would be to cut the scene where the Good Samaritan tells Tae-Kyung, that the president has a bomb. Everything else in the following order leads me to believe that I do not there is a bomb in that car (the diversion of finding another bomb on the oil pipeline, detonated the Epiphany flashback nearing car bomb ...) knowing is but you already have the surprise ruined me that the president has a bomb in his car by saying essentially only.

I do not want to sound down on this episode, because I actually quite enjoyed it a bit. There are many things that this episode really have understood correctly. It recognizes all major characters and their relationships in a satisfactory manner; we got to see a great final showdown with the big bad; was to make better use of the time stamp conceit than any other episode; and it offered only a hint of romance, without going overboard.

My favorite thing this episode did was a lot of focus on the main theme of the series to throw. In essence Three days has always been a clash between two types of people - those who are driven by selfish desires, and those who are driven by a sense of duty greater good to obtain. There are two scenes in the episode that really drive home this idea. One is the confrontation on Indong bridge where excitement and emotion run as high you could not even find the struggle between duty and desire, happening before your eyes. Chairman Kim biggest goal is to be in the country, the richest, most powerful man, but the president wants to protect only the people of his nation and his determination is so strong that he voluntarily submits in critical condition to guarantee the safety of others.

, the other scene, the plays of light on this subject in a very different way because of it. Between two minor characters that occurs nameless Prosecutor and the lizard tattoo assassin It's actually a smart move these ideas into the mouths of characters we will hardly care, and adjust it after the big action climax has already completed. is crisscrossed with less of an emotional undertone, the scene is a cerebral experience where the viewer is encouraged to really hear and digest the ideas presented.

Three days was spotty throughout, but its strong-willed characters are what stopped me all the way committed. I wish it could be gone with a bigger bang, but I still found the last episode entirely appropriate and respectful of the story that I'm in the mood for eight weeks to see - the story of a man to protect his life and the other spends ,
