The newcomers are thrilled to finally to submit their own proposals, but if you always thought a project is approved, a reason to celebrate, think again: this is a international, and nothing is as simple as it seems. EPISODE 16 RECAP
Geu- rae for the work is finished, and yay, he knows how his own tie to bind now! When he enters the lobby One International, he says hello to Seok-yul. Whoa. I recognize him hardly with his new haircut. In a voice-over provides Geu-rae that Seok-yul has become quiet and withdrawn as a way to survive.
Like his new hairstyle, his new persona is barely visible to the other newcomers (and us viewers), miss the annoying chatterbox his way. But it is not that they really give him any advice, because a year and a half they have worked there, have come to realize that you have to bear your problems on your own. Nevertheless Geu-rae he wants Seok-yul could say that even if a baduk stone lost, the game continues.
We are now in October which means months have passed since the last episode. Geu-rae leafing through his diary and writes "YES Yes!?" At the present day. Dong-Shik and Chief Chun arrive, and they rattle all projects Geu-rae in the intervening months worked. Geu-rae was a busy bee! The new (and not so improved) Seok-yul goes quietly about his business as an Assistant Manager Sung reaps praise an impressive offer for a huge fabric to make. Chef Moon is a little worried that their factories not be able to produce the required amount, but Assistant Manager Sung assured him they will be able to meet the demand.
Seok-yul heads to the break room for a cup of coffee, and Chief Moon remarks about his calmer and less talkative attitude. But Seok-yul expresses its concern at the factory not to be able to fulfill the contract, without the use of subcontractors setting - they simply do not have the ability to meet customer demand. But Chief moon reminds him that Assistant Manager Sung got the factory of reassurance she could fulfill the order, and he trusts Assistant Manager Sung.

hasBaek-ki waiting all day anxious when his project was to hear again approved, be deflected so that it was hard to concentrate on its regular work. Assistant Manager Kang finally calls him on all the little mistakes, he has to make, to tell him about his project to stop eating and instead concentrate on his work.

, it always seems to feel like it's two steps forward, for our newcomers a step back, but it feels like things start finally, for them to turn. Baek-ki finally gets his name on a project and a "good job" of Assistant Manager Kang; Young-yi team finally occurs to them - and yourself - to Manager Ma to stop abuse; and Seok-yul finally gets to prove that Assistant Manager Sung does not know what he really do.
Of course it is only him took almost a year and the total loss of his spirit and personality. Perhaps it would have happened sooner (and not so painful, at least in his pride) when Seok-yul the other newcomers "Council had taken, and was only waiting for Assistant Manager Sung to dig his own hole. But I'm so grateful that Seok-yul back and is able to stand proud for everything he believes - and hopefully that means he will to his cheerful, talkative return even I missed greatly our constant Sunbeam in the office this week, and while I the new hairstyle! did appreciate, Seok-yul's just not Seok-yul, ignoring the longer hair and parted in the middle Pony.
This is also the perfect time to gush over Byun Yo-han, is not it? of course we all love the Si-wan Kang So-ra, Kang Ha-neul and (especially) Lee Sung-min. But Byun Yo-han really shows its abilities as an actor. remember when we first met Seok-yul, back when he seemed opportunistic as a slick to use from Geu-rae? It was an instinctive feeling of aversion and disgust, especially when it was revealed that he was a total "wall dog." But Byun Yo-han convincingly Seok-yul transformed into the comedic sidekick, we love to grow, and then in the tragic creature these last few episodes, I wanted to protect vigorously - but how Geu-rae, I knew Seok- would yul have its hardness to endure alone
his character arc was the most interesting. the newcomers. We gradually learn fighting over Young-yi and her family, as they ensure that all their money spends her parents are not on the road; Baek-ki and his growing realization that qualifications are not everything; and, of course, Geu-rae, who constantly goes through all the possibilities that life tries to take him by maintaining his sense of calm dignity to case.
None of the newcomers is perfect, but. Even with only a few episodes left, I do not expect amazing leaps forward. This is not a realistic world that Inernational given to us. But at least I finally hope that their lives may not always dreary and beat down, and that they then be able to prove their team members - and the rest of the company -. How rewarding it is
I want everyone only finally to be happy and feel like they really belong. Is that too much to ask
