This episode cemented the rebirth of our protagonist, as he takes the mantle of neighborhood attorney to complete and is moving away from its former life. No longer he is content to run away, nor will he succumb to the temptation of power. In a way, Episode 4 marks a new beginning as Jo Deul-ho right a wrong help he created and in the streets, people really can now be a lawyer.
EPISODE 4 RECAP
Jo Deul-ho asks the frayed grandmother, his new potential witness in the murder trial, when they happen to bring her umbrella after an accident. She yells that she and clings to him. Her daughter-in-law came out and calmed the old lady down, and asks her to stop probing.
In the den of evil, Chairman Jung toast with Attorney Jang and Chief Prosecutor Shin. Chairman Jung asks if everything is over and Attorney Jang assured him that, while Jo-ho Deul be able to appeal, he has no evidence or witnesses to win.
Chairman Jung notes that Jo Deul-ho has flagrantly awful lately and asks if he will not be a stumbling block. Chief Prosecutor Shin pours the drinks chairman, said: "I took pity and took in strays, but it seems a stray cat will always be a stray cat I'll take care appropriately for it.." Chairman Jung replied: "Would not it everything be in order to sleep a dangerous cat? "
Just then a secretary comes in and whispers something to Chairman Jung, makes him bark. Sporty sunglasses indoors, Michael Jung wails over the phone about his latest debacle, and complains that he can not go clubbing. Soon after loan shark Dae-soo and his two lackeys mixtures have failed to appear in their mission to reveal only their successfully acquired tire. Now that they have evidence that the tire treads game Deul-ho looks at Ae-ra and asks how they get the grandmother to court.
In Geum San, Eun-jo makes copies and thinks Deul-ho back to their last meeting. She ran and bombarded him with questions while he is reluctant to talk to her. Despite its lack of reaction, Eun-jo smiled and spoke one mile a minute clear to see excited at the prospect of the real culprit.
Lawyer Kim Eun-jo starts shaking his head and walks toward her. He says that it has to be boring without a job and gives her a divorce case. She hesitates and then says that she would have to use their paid leave.
Deul-ho a call from a loan shark Lakai Yoo-shin gets and gets up to leave. Dae-soo interrupts him and asks if he with his staff. Deul-ho skirts the allegations, telling him they should help as he steals Dae-soo coffee and rushes out today.
Downstairs, Eun-jo is stalking Deul-ho and follows him in her car. When they arrive in front of Grandma's house, then he has to get in their car and a passenger complain.

Back in the courtroom, Deul-ho issues grandmother while she answered in her brusque way. He asks if she remembers the car accident three years ago, and granny turns unusually quiet and solemn answers that she does.
Deul-ho asks if she was hit, and she thinks back recalls that fateful evening when the sports car swung down the road and smashed into a pedestrian. Deul-ho argues that this man could be her victim, and an accident, instead of the fire may be the cause of death. If yes, the defendant Mr. Byun is not the culprit.
Then Deul-ho used Byun police statement revealing as evidence three years ago, as the two witnesses mentioned at the two crime scenes a sports car to be further credence to give an argument.
attorney Ji-wook cross addiction to the witnesses and asks her if she has no children. She replies that she had a son, but he died. Ji-wook goes into detail about how the testimony of the son died in a hit-and-run accident, arguing that they with her son this case is confusing.
We see in flashback that Ji-wook met with a doctor and asked under what circumstances the grandmother symptoms would worsen. The doctor told him that talking would increase trauma on her son's accident.
In the presence of Ji-wook asks if she has Alzheimer's, and Deul-ho objects, saying that they testify able. The judge sides with Ji-wook, and he grills Oma mercilessly accident her son.

Ji-wook says that because she claims to have seen the victim, they should be able to identify him from the photos he is prepared. Deul-ho objects that she was twenty-five meters from the crime scene. Ji-wook argues that, if it knows the man physique and the color of his clothes, they should have seen his face.
grandmother get up to look at the photos shows two photos. Ji-wook smiles and tells her that the first was correct, but the second was wrong. Oma argued that the man in the back, and we see that he is in the second photo only tiny and in the background. Ji-wook can not hide his surprise and asks the grandmother when the lawyer showed her photos made her practice.
She laughs and swears him. She remembers the victim because he stopped by her shop several times. Ji-wook admits that she could remember this customer, but they confused him slightly for the victim who could.
There is Deul-ho's turn, and he admits that the witness could be wrong. Then he presents a photo of the victim and ask what they see. Granny screams out "roof" and Deul-ho stated that the victim always supported this umbrella. He asks grandma when her umbrella it is, and she tells them that she took it upon at the scene.
He asks to see the screen, and Grandma draws instinctively until Deul-ho whispers that he did not steal. He opens the screen, and everyone immediately recognizes it as the victim. Deul-ho walks outside and tells Eun-jo they did a good job. She says that she does not do anything but Deul-ho says that they brought the daughter-in-law. She replies that it will keep nothing because it is an office of a loan shark to borrow and can probably afford no salary.
Deul-ho rushes to Oma their "time-sook-shi." She kills him as too familiar, and Deul-ho jokes that he her boyfriend, and he loves intelligent, attractive women call.
grandmother grabs Deul-ho and Eun-jo hands and puts them together. She tells them to have many children and live happily. Both jump on, and the daughter-in-law passes away grandma.
Mr. Byun is on trial is their judgment when the judge: not guilty. Deul-ho makes a fist bump dance, and Byun cries and thanks Deul-ho with a hug. Byun hugged his son, and Deul-ho gives thumbs up to Eun-jo.
Back in his office, Ji-wook throws up his papers. His father comes in, and Ji-wook says that he can still win. Chief Prosecutor Shin simply asks if he is convinced that he is caught the real culprit. If he is, then he should do it; but if it is not, then he should give up.
Ji-wook roars that it was a clear victory, but his father tells him that's exactly why he lost. While he thought so and let his guard down, went Deul-ho and evidence brought back and won. His father tells him to step down, but Ji-wook asks permission to continue. Chief Prosecutor Shin presents his own question: Is he angry about losing the process or to lose Deul-ho? He tells his son: "It might hurt, but hear you stand no chance against Deul-ho, not yet.."
Now bad news to provide that, Chief Prosecutor Shin Chairman Jung says that the case is to win during the final appeal hearing be difficult, but it will ensure that the public prosecutor did not find the real culprit. Chairman Jung is not satisfied with this answer, not as long as Deul-ho remains.

And in the interrogation room Deul-ho was totally unaware of an uncooperative suspect. Deul-ho ate a range of Chinese food, sashimi and steak finally caved to the suspects and gave him the information he wanted. Chief Prosecutor Shin saw clearly pleased with his protégé.
In the present Deul-ho his underwear hanging and eating Ramen, to its former glamorous life juxtaposition his current humiliation. Deul-ho gets up and leaves sober.
Deul-ho and Ae-ra stand outside and sign notice in the window that says "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho" (which is misspelled ) courtesy of Dae-soo, of course. Once the office, Dae-soo sits Deul-ho down and tells him to sign a contract to give along with a receipt for all expenses they owe so much, want to make their arrangements formally.
They bicker playfully until Eun-jo with guests coming through. Mr. Byun and his son are to give their thanks here. Byun stated that he can begin anew thanks Deul-ho. He is a full sheet and presents a new suit as a sign of recognition.
The newfound firm Crew smashed into a car and comes in front of a restaurant for a celebratory dinner. Curiously, the restaurant is left, but the owner realizes Deul-ho and greeted him warmly. If Deul-ho asks about the owner of the parent, then he is to answer vague.

The group devours the food until a mob of people bothering them. A guy starts whacking his gloves and even slapped the owner with them. The owner stated that they are contracted, and this is already the seventh time, when they were here.
Deul-ho faced, and then says Dae-soo to handle it. Dae-soo complained that it will give him additional costs, but soon the whole gang is up. The restaurant is a battlefield and our firm troop sets up a good fight, although Ae-ra is Whack Dae-soo with leeks and Deul-ho, the owner is likely during the fight. In other words, it's a madhouse.
Both groups behind bars land, and Ae-ra asks the detective, as they know each other. The detective can not believe that it is a gang war in here, and the others get indignant about his choice of words.
Ae-ra sweet talk falls and cries to open it on the door. He whispers that he's lawyer and the two young men, but the gangster could be difficult. The detective recalls Deul-ho as homeless from the pickpocket incident and asking for his relationship with the restaurant owner. Deul-ho speaks in circles until Ae-ra hits him and he out "lawyer"
bursts In Geum San, lawyer Kim congratulates Eun-jo to not be fired to be and gives her a new task. He says there is a small clearance case, but it is a requirement of Dae Hwa group, so they should pay special attention.

The workers ask him questions, but Deul-ho tells them their business, when he chains himself further from the restaurant. When the workers begin advancing, Deul-ho tells them to break them and entering once they cross the yellow line.
He identifies himself as the lawyer of the restaurant, and the workers complain that they. Following commands from owner Deul-ho refuted that he following commands from the owner. The workers warn Deul-ho that she will not be responsible for what happens, and Deul-ho yells for them to go and meet him again.
COMMENTS
Now that the first sheet is over, Deul-ho may be starting the neighborhood Lawyer , Narrative, it is important that he held after the hearing started before, because now he has taken some responsibility for his actions and can begin a new journey. After winning the case are Deul-ho to his old patch of ground with a bottle of soju, and it is here that he is considering how to move forward. He tells his newfound conviction and the weight of his title, a burden he only now realized. If Deul-ho is left untouched off this point of soju, it symbolizes that he was of the coward to move again. resulted Looking 4 as a whole, I felt like Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho on a few typical kdrama tropes, plot fell back mechanisms and overstrained pathos. It dips his hand in social comment but falls short because it does not add depth. It is taking a formulaic legal drama on what has become a very common theme - to appease social anger at the rich by as painting all problems Deul-ho Lead is the conglomerates to "a great evil", the "evil." be a greedy happens rich old businessman. Granted, class inequality remains dedicated to an important issue both in South Korea and around the globe as dramas to this issue are commendable to discover. However, I do not want to be alone satisfied with just this. This is where I can think of the origional webtoon on the drama compare be instructive. For the most part, the two are completely different. However, you can say that they have only borrowed the name and general storylines for the television adaptation, to be that flashy and glittery is designed.
Despite my criticism the show has its merits. While I was writing, to find the direction and characterizations subpar to the starting material, the show has a phenomenal job with casting. Park Shin-Yang is the perfect Jo Deul-ho and Hwang Seok-casting young and Park Won-sang a stroke of genius was. In addition, Kim Gab-soo is amazing and Ryu Soo-young is a charmer. It really is the cast that the show shine, he makes me watch.
However, one of the few limitations with the casting is Kang So-ra. The show is under using her criminal. They threw her into a character trope, essentially, and they have been lying. Especially in this episode Eun-jo was used as a device, forward to move the plot, and her character feels more like an afterthought than a vital addition to the story. Your character could be written, and it would not have much impact on the show. Hopefully they will get chances in future episodes to act, but I really wish the show would use more, because I think they could provide, but just not had the opportunity, nor had.
While I might have sounded hard, it's not that I hate the show. It is pleasant to see a light, and the comedic aspects make me laugh (the fight scene was golden). It does not take itself too seriously, and the show provides some poignant moments as when Mr. Byun heard the judge declare themselves not guilty when chief prosecutor Shin remembers about his relationship highlight with Deul-ho her cleavage and regret, and when Jo Deul- ho draws at his old place and makes its last stand of his cowardice away. It's just that sometimes you see what might have been and lament the loss.
